2/21/25: “Like a Great Big Heart Drum,” by Jon Ellison

Jon Ellison, known to many as Jozzie, is a mystical left-handed guitar player, singer and spoken-word artist from Detroit. He is an energy worker and a water protector, a man who seems to hail from a distant, long-forgotten past version of humanity. Jon’s poetic music filters the wisdom of the Earth through his loving spirit, reminding us all to seek the light and to set ourselves free. His song for this month is a beat-driven tone poem called “Like a Great Big Heart Drum."
