June 26, 2019: "Do You Ever Get Tired?" by Mr. Ben

Listen. I know you’re made of lightning, but you’ve got to slow down.
I assure you that the blur of your surroundings ain’t gonna keep you current

Does time stall still for you while you’re zooming right on by?
Are you stuck with tunnel vision standard, or do I oversimplify?

Listen. I know you’re made of lighting, but you’ve got to slow down.
There’s no way I can sustain a runaround at the supersonic pace you’re setting.
I’m already getting tired. Do you ever get tired?
Or do you only get fired up as I stop to respire?
