If most of what we know is a lie, then what will we do next?
And if it doesn’t feel normal, what did you expect?
We might find some sore muscles getting untangled from this mess.

Here’s an exercise that aligns me when I lose my sense:
Pretend that you’re looking backward from a safe distance.
Who will you wish you had been when everything was happening?

Consider now that kids are locked up, and families torn apart.
I don’t have to think hard for this to break my heart.
What if we all stood up and just tried to play the part?
