Portland native Quinn Mulligan is a wrangler of fickle beasts, a songwriter and filmmaker, a twin and a friend. His harmonies, alongside fellow Rise Up artist Evan Hailstone, formed the inimitable gravity of their former group Fanno Creek. In 2022, he embarked on an ambitious project that he called “GET THEM OFF MY CHEST” in which he recorded an album every month, exiting the year with a whopping twelve full albums of quality tunes.

Quinn also made a documentary film with his twin brother Finley about the 2021 short squeeze of Gamestop and it’s Wall Street ramifications; it is called Apes Together Strong, and received praise by fans and critics alike.
